1. Service provider
1.1. The service provider is LoomadeTakso OÜ. The registration number is currently unavailable and in progress. The company is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not added to the price.
1.2. Contact details, e-mail address and phone numbers are published on the contact page and in the contact block next to these legal pages.
2. Nature of the service
2.1. LoomadeTakso organises pet transport in Tallinn, across Estonia and, by separate agreement, on international routes.
2.2. The purpose of the service is to help clients transport pets safely and carefully to home, a clinic, temporary care, grooming, training, a partner location or another agreed destination.
2.3. The service may be performed by LoomadeTakso, a LoomadeTakso driver or a cooperation partner where this is necessary to arrange the ride.
3. Request submission and ride confirmation
3.1. A request submitted on the website, an urgent clinic request, a callback request or a message sent through another form does not automatically confirm a ride.
3.2. A ride is confirmed only when LoomadeTakso has confirmed the time, route, price, special conditions and other relevant details with the client.
3.3. If no driver or suitable vehicle is available at the requested time, or if the conditions do not allow the service to be provided safely, LoomadeTakso may reject the request or offer another time.
4. Client obligations
4.1. The client must provide accurate and sufficient information: name, phone number, e-mail, pickup address, destination address, preferred time, pet type, breed or description, approximate weight and other information needed to arrange the service.
4.2. The client must inform LoomadeTakso in advance if the pet is afraid of rides, aggressive, may bite, is ill, injured, pregnant, requires special care, needs a crate/carrier or may soil/damage the vehicle.
4.3. The client is responsible for ensuring that the pet may be transported, the pet is under control and any required accessories, documents, medication and safety equipment are prepared.
5. Pet safety and transport
5.1. Dogs should generally be kept on a leash. Cats, small animals, birds and other pets must be transported in a suitable crate or carrier where needed.
5.2. If LoomadeTakso considers that transport is not safe for the driver, client, pet, vehicle or third parties, the service may be refused or additional safety measures may be required.
5.3. The client must follow reasonable instructions from the driver regarding the placement, securing and behaviour control of the pet during the ride.
6. Price, calculator and payment
6.1. The price shown on the website, the calculator result or the minimum price is an initial estimate unless separately confirmed otherwise.
6.2. The final price may depend on the route, duration, waiting time, night hours, urgency, international route, pet-specific needs, crate requirement, parking costs and other agreed additions.
6.3. The payment method and time are agreed with the client before or during the provision of the service.
7. Cancellation, delay and changes
7.1. The client must notify LoomadeTakso of cancellation or changes as early as possible.
7.2. If the client does not appear at the agreed time, provides an incorrect address, does not answer the phone or cancels after the driver has departed, LoomadeTakso may request reimbursement of reasonable costs already incurred.
7.3. LoomadeTakso may reschedule or cancel a ride in case of a safety risk, technical fault, traffic situation, force majeure or another circumstance that prevents safe service provision.
8. Client account and pet profiles
8.1. The client may create an account to save pet details and view request history.
8.2. When creating an account, the client must use their own valid e-mail address. E-mail confirmation may be required to activate the account.
8.3. The client is responsible for password and device security and must inform LoomadeTakso if unauthorised account use is suspected.
9. Lost pets, reviews and user content
9.1. By submitting a lost pet announcement, review, photo or other content, the client confirms that they have the right to provide such information and materials.
9.2. LoomadeTakso may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful, misleading, contains excessive personal data of third parties or is not compatible with the purpose of the service.
9.3. Lost pet announcements and photos may be publicly visible on the website if the client provides the data for publication.
10. Liability
10.1. LoomadeTakso makes reasonable efforts to provide a safe, accurate and careful service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or arrival times independent of traffic conditions.
10.2. LoomadeTakso is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, unexpected pet behaviour, the client’s failure to follow instructions, actions of third parties, traffic, weather or force majeure.
10.3. The client is responsible for damage caused by the pet or the client to the vehicle, driver, partner or third parties where the damage results from the client’s actions, omissions or undisclosed risks.
11. Complaints and disputes
11.1. Questions and complaints may be sent to LoomadeTakso using the published contact details. A complaint should describe the situation, date, service and requested solution.
11.2. We try to resolve disputes through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or another competent authority.
12. Changes to the terms
12.1. LoomadeTakso may amend these terms if the service process, legal requirements, technical solution or pricing principles change.
12.2. The current version published on the website applies to requests submitted after that version has been published.
